Pat has been passionate about CCMHA and making each conference valuable to attendees for many years. Recently retired from her position in the Medical Records/HISM department at Wellpower, Pat is enjoying her free time and continues to contribute and support the CCMHA Board.
Kristina Sand
Co-Chair
Community Reach Center
Kristina Sand has been a dedicated member of the Community Reach Center team for over a decade, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and the finance department. In her current role as the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Coordinator, Kristina has been instrumental in promoting mental health education throughout Adams and Broomfield Counties. Over the past five years, she has successfully organized and coordinated more than 100 MHFA classes, impacting countless lives by raising mental health awareness and fostering community resilience.
In addition to her coordination work, Kristina is a certified instructor in both Adult and Youth MHFA through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She passionately leads many of these classes, empowering participants with essential tools to recognize and respond to mental health challenges.
Kristina’s commitment to mental health extends beyond her professional life. As an active volunteer in her community, she engages in various roles through her children's activities and her church. When she's not working or volunteering, Kristina enjoys exploring the great outdoors of Colorado with her family and their two dogs, Rocky and Scout.
Her unwavering passion for mental health advocacy and her dedication to making a meaningful difference in her community make her a valued asset in the field of mental health.
Chevie Coronado

Chevie is a dedicated administrative healthcare leader & advocate for equity in the community. She received her BS in Therapeutic Recreation with an emphasis on psychology & sociology from MSU in 2008. As the Clinical administrator for the Family Flex Care Team & BIPOC Steering committee chair, her main goals are to drive inclusive healthcare initiatives. Chevie also co-chairs the One Community Summit and serves on the leadership teams for the Point People Program (mentorship program at JCMH) and the ViPAC (Values in Practice Advisory Council). During the Pandemic, she was able to secure grant funding to help vaccinate over 10,000 vulnerable community members and remains committed to advancing accessibility, advocacy & system-level change in community mental health.
Alicia Calderon
Public Information Officer

Alicia is an administrative professional that has been working in the Accounts Receivable Department at Wellpower for 18 years. She is passionate about working with numbers and problem solving. Her career evolved over the years as she gained more knowledge about insurance claims, billing, eligibility and benefits. She continues learn about new policies and procedures while assisting the people we serve with paying their bills. She also spends a lot of time researching and appealing incorrectly denied claims in order to gain the maximum payment from insurance companies.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, pets and many houseplants. She loves going to concerts and local sporting events, especially Denver Nuggets and Broncos games.

Alyssa Baker

Alyssa Baker is passionate about the mental health community in the Colorado front range and beyond! She has been employed as a Dialactical Behavioral Therapist and Education Counselor at Wellpower for the past 4 years. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor in efforts to raise mental health awareness in various communities. She loves to share her outdoor passions and mindfulness skills with persons served such as nature and art therapy, hiking & navigating, biking, climbing, skiing, and kayaking.
Liz Gorrell

Liz Gorrell is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, VP Clinical Services and Chief Information Officer at Community Reach Center.
She brings over 14 years of administrative experience that consists of very complex schedules, project management, meetings, and travel arrangements. Liz is passionate about supporting the Mental Health organizations who provide meaningful connections to support the consumer on their wellness journey. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family on their property in the mountains.
She enjoys raising huskies and currently has 6 huskies.
Adele Wittman

Adele Wittman is celebrating her first full year as an administrative professional at Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Pulling from a decade of life experience in deep addiction and losing her partner in 2019 to overdose during a psychotic episode, Adele is incredibly passionate about the mental health and addiction recovery fields.
Adele will celebrate 9 years in recovery in May and hopes to finish her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Counseling very soon. Adele has a professional history in management, spending 5 years managing a thrift store for a domestic violence non-profit in Texas. After managing, she started her own vintage reselling business and still operates it today. She has become increasingly passionate about sustainability and helping those in recovery through reselling and has recently launched her own passion project Resale4Recovery.
Adele is excited about the opportunity with CCMHA, hoping to bring her passion and knowledge for the betterment of the organization.

Antoinette Dow is a dedicated professional working in the Behavioral Health field for 30+ years. She brings expertise in mental health, occupational therapy and psychotherapy and has a passion for training Mental Health First Aid.
Antoinette earned her MPH in mental health and health inequities from Denver University. With a commitment to excellence and continuous growth, she has contributed significantly to Aurora Mental Health and Recovery for 30 years, driving impactful results in her roles and as the Director of Client Experience.
